Weihenstephan Future Forum on agricultural policy
At the Weihenstephan Future Forum for Agricultural Policy, leading minds from science, politics and practice discuss current agricultural and environmental policy issues. The objective is to discuss possible paths for the future. The series takes place once a semester. It was launched in summer 2023 by the Chair of Production and Resource Economics together with the Hans Eisenmann Forum for Agricultural Sciences.
The third Future Forum will take place on 27 January 2024. Experts from politics and science will discuss the topic “Agriculture without subsidies - possible, doable, desirable?”.
