His work focuses on the performance of agricultural machinery and transportation operations. He has served as a keynote speaker at many conferences related to agricultural engineering and precision farming. He participates in the organization of many CIOSTA-CIGR V conferences and is a member of the CIGR Technical Section V: System Management.
The International Agricultural Engineering Commission (CIGR) is an international, non-governmental, not-for-profit organization made up of a network of regional and national agricultural engineering societies, as well as private and public companies and individuals worldwide.The main objectives of the CIGR are to stimulate the development of science and technology in the field of agricultural engineering, facilitate the exchange of research results and technology, represent the profession on a global scale, and promote the development of agricultural engineering and related sciences.
