2nd Weihenstephan Science Dating: Organic Agriculture & Food Production
Campus, Event |
- “Who is conducting research on topic XY within the broad field of organic farming and the organic food industry?”
- “I need expertise in the area of …!”
- “I have an idea, but I’m not sure yet who to work with or how…”
You probably have other questions as well, and they aren’t always easy to answer. We simply know too little about our own colleagues and even less about colleagues at other institutions. Most of the time, we stay within our familiar professional circles and/or work with people we already know.
The 2nd Weihenstephan Science Dating on July 15, 2026 (starting at 2:00 p.m. at Lacanto) offers researchers from HSWT, LfL, LWF, and TUM the opportunity to exchange ideas and explore common research areas in depth through conversation.
This time, we want to focus on organic farming and the organic food industry.
This event is intended for all researchers and students at HSWT, LfL, LWF, and TUM and their respective locations. The invitation is extended to professors and research staff, as well as to students seeking or working on a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral thesis. Partners from consulting firms, associations, industry, and the field are also warmly welcome.
Registration for Science Dating is now open at https://www.eveeno.com/275352535
This event is jointly organized by HSWT, LfL, and TUM, with the participation of the Bavarian Association for Organic Farming (LVÖ).
