5th-7th Nov 2021: Kick-off for winter course "Smart Farming and IoT in Agriculture"
In a new short format in cooperation with the HEF member chair Agricultural Systems Engineering and the TUM Institute for Life Long Learning, a winter course Smart Farming and IoT in Agriculture will take place.
The course offers a structured overview of the basic technologies of digital transformation in agriculture and offers a clear and clean language for the precise delimitation of the different concepts of digital farming, smart farming or precision farming.
In practical hands-on exercises, you can experience IoT up close and build your own small IoT system - from sensor to visualization. You will create application maps with QGIS, fly a drone and much more. Last but not least, you have the opportunity to network with important players in research and business
